Job Description:

We are urgently hiring experienced and responsible individuals for the position of Security Officer / Senior Security Supervisor / Supervisor at our site near Gandhidham, Gujarat. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the team of security personnel for smooth security operations.
• Control access to the premises and monitor entry of authorized personnel only.
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized activities or incidents.
• Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Train and guide junior security staff.
• Oversee use and maintenance of security equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar security role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Alertness and vigilance.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency handling.
• Physically fit for patrol and security duties.
