Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the security department, overseeing daily operations and resource deployment.
• Protect employees, premises, and property by utilizing allocated manpower and equipment efficiently.
• Organize and supervise guarding operations, ensuring thorough training and preparedness for emergency response.
• Deploy and utilize security personnel strategically, ensuring round-the-clock coverage and readiness.
• Conduct regular and surprise inspections to assess vigilance, performance, and security readiness.
• Handle emergency situations including fire, theft, accidents, aggressive behavior, and crowd control.
• Monitor and manage surveillance systems, control room operations and traffic management.
• Conduct screening, searches, escorts, key control, and gather security intelligence as required.
• Maintain documentation for all security operations, incidents, training, and equipment use.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Train, brief, and motivate security personnel, leading by example and upholding high standards of conduct.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Physically fit, mentally alert, and capable of managing a security team independently
• Intelligent, well-educated, and well-versed in security best practices and technologies
• Experienced in emergency response, investigations, and handling security equipment
• 5+ Years security officer experience should be required
• Ex-Service-men preferred
• Age should be 40 to 50 years in between
• Any Degree with computer knowledge is required
