Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations:

• Supervise and manage on-ground security personnel and third-party security vendors.
  
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for high-rise buildings.
  
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, fire safety, and alarm systems.
  
• Conduct regular drills (fire, emergency evacuation, etc.) and audits for safety preparedness.
  
• Address and investigate security breaches, incidents, and emergencies.
  

Liaisoning:

• Coordinate with

  local police, fire department, municipal bodies

  , and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain strong working relationships with external agencies to ensure smooth operations and timely support during emergencies.
  
• Handle documentation and permissions for security and safety compliance as per legal requirements.
  

Compliance Management:

• Ensure compliance with

  local laws, building codes, fire safety norms, and security-related regulations

  .
• Keep records and documentation ready for audits and inspections.
  
• Regularly update management on changes in security compliance requirements.
  

Budgeting & Procurement:

• Prepare and manage the

  annual security budget

  covering manpower, equipment, AMC, and emergency funds.
• Assess and procure security equipment and vendor services within the approved budget.
  
• Evaluate vendors and service contracts for cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:
