Security Manager (Ex-Army Preferred)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the company’s overall security operations, ensuring safety of personnel, assets, and premises by implementing strong security protocols, supervision, and emergency response systems. Preference given to ex-armed forces personnel with proven leadership and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Supervise and manage security staff deployment, shift schedules, and performance.
• Conduct regular security audits, inspections of gates, CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with local police, fire services, and government authorities when required.
• Handle incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action.
• Ensure visitor management, material movement, and vehicle entry/exit control.
• Train security personnel on discipline, vigilance, first aid, and emergency response.
• Maintain records of security registers, attendance, and daily activity reports.
• Manage crisis situations— theft, conflict, medical emergency, evacuation, etc.
• Monitor and improve loss prevention measures across the facility.

Candidate Requirements

• Ex-Army / Ex-Defense / Ex-Paramilitary (Minimum Rank: JCO or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 2–10 years of experience in security management (industrial/ corporate/ hospitality).
• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of firefighting, first aid, CCTV, access control & security equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, report writing).
• Physically fit with smart grooming and professional conduct.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
