Job Description

Security Infrastructure Management Monitor, maintain, and optimize security systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Incident Response & Resolution Investigate, analyze, and resolve security incidents while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Automation & Playbook Development Create and refine security playbooks for automating incident response procedures and improving efficiency. Integration & Troubleshooting Develop integrations with various security tools, systems, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and error handling. Technical Support & Collaboration Provide second-line support for security incidents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to security-related projects. Certifications & Expertise Maintain relevant certifications (e.g., Splunk SOAR, CISSP, CEH) and stay updated on cybersecurity best practices
