Job Description

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, your role involves proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems for clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service through pre-emptive incident resolution, operational improvements, and quality assurance. Your objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions, manage tickets of high complexity, and provide resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. Additionally, you will use analytical thinking and deep technical expertise to achieve client outcomes while coaching and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational - Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts - Identify problems and errors, log incidents in a timely manner, and escalate support calls - Investigate support calls, identify root causes, and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary - Provide continuous feedback to clients, update systems/portals, and identify opportunities for work optimization - Coach L2 teams on advanced technical troubleshooting and behavioral skills - Manage and implement projects within the technology domain, deliver per client requirements and timelines - Work on implementing Disaster Recovery functions and tests - Perform any other related tasks as required Knowledge and Attributes: - Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups - Strong planning skills, maintaining a positive outlook, and working well under pressure - Active listening techniques, adaptability to changing circumstances, and client-focused approach - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent qualification - Relevant certifications in technology domain expertise such as CCNP in Security, PCNSE, CISSP, etc. - Seasoned experience in Managed Services, Engineering function, and working with ITIL processes - On-site working environment NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer, where you can grow your career, expand your skills, and make a difference in a diverse and inclusive workplace.,
