Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensuring the safety and security of hotel premises and guests.
Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents.
Maintaining high levels of visibility and presence on the property.
Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergencies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
