Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, inventory, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle security-related incidents professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and deliveries.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, suspicious activity, or security breaches.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report any irregularities.
• Ensure the protection of inventory, especially during high-demand or peak operation periods.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist in emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, medical incidents, evacuation procedures).
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, or company management as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding site security and visitor management.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and access control equipment.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of textile production or print-on-demand operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
