Minimum Experience – 2 Years in recognized security service (industrial, PSU, or defense establishment). Should be physically fit and mentally strong to perform long‑duration standing duties. Preference given to candidates with defense background or PSARA‑certified‑guards. Basic education – Matric (10th pass) or above. Must possess valid photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID), police verification certificate and local reference. Salary & BenefitsMonthly Remuneration: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience) PF & ESI Coverage as per statutory law. Annual Uniform & Shoes Issue Kit. Weekly Off on rotation. Overtime for extended duty hours (if approved by client). Desirable AttributesEx‑Servicemen / trained security guards preferred. Good behavior, discipline, and prompt reporting skills. Ability to handle emergency situations (patrol alert, visitor management, vehicle entry checking). Candidate must be ready for immediate joining after verification.
