Security Guard

Job Summary:

The Security Guard will be solely responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the company premises, employees, and visitors. The role requires vigilance, honesty, and the ability to handle security duties independently, ensuring smooth entry and exit control, property protection, and discipline on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete charge of the premises’ security during duty hours.
• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Maintain proper visitor and material movement registers.
• Check and verify gate passes for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct routine rounds of the premises and ensure all access points are secured.
• Report any unusual activity, incident, or security breach immediately to management.
• Ensure premises are locked and secured after working hours.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and coordinating with the Admin/HR team.
• Manage CCTV surveillance (if applicable) and ensure cameras are functional.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the gate and reception area.
• Support in emergency procedures such as fire, evacuation, or medical assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass (12th preferred).
• Prior experience as a security guard (factory/office/retail preferred).
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and alert during the entire duty shift.
• Basic knowledge of handling visitors, vendors, and deliveries.

Work Schedule:

12 hours or as per company schedule

Weekly off as per company policy.

Additional Notes:

• Must wear uniform at all times.
• Expected to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Should coordinate closely with Admin/HR for reporting and handovers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
