The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry, responding to alarms, and managing any security-related incidents. Additionally, the Security Guard will provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills Ability to stay alert and vigilant for extended periods Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills First aid and CPR certification is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
