Job Description

Key responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas (foot/vehicle) and monitor CCTV where applicable.
Control access to facility: verify IDs, maintain visitor logs, issue passes.
Respond quickly to alarms, disturbances or medical emergencies and alert supervisors.
Prepare clear incident and daily activity reports.
Enforce facility rules and follow standard operating procedures.
Cooperate with local law enforcement when required.
Assist with crowd control during events/visits.

Required qualifications & skills

Minimum: 10th pass (specify higher if needed).
Valid security license / private security license (if applicable) or willingness to obtain.
Previous experience (e.g., 1–2 years) preferred — hospital or healthcare experience helpful.
Basic English / local language for communication.
Good physical fitness, alertness, integrity and punctuality.
Basic report writing and record-keeping skills.
