Security Field Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, monitor guard performance, and ensure safety standards across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in managing security teams. Key Responsibilities :Monitor and supervise security guards across multiple sites. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and security audits. Ensure guards follow company policies, duty schedules, and SOPs. Handle incident reports, emergencies, and escalation procedures. Coordinate deployment, shift planning, and manpower arrangement. Train and guide security staff for discipline, grooming, and safety protocols. Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and client communication. Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth security operations. Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications :Minimum 2 years of experience in security field supervision. Good communication and team-handling skills. Knowledge of security protocols, surveillance, and emergency response. Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions. Basic computer skills (Reporting, Email, Attendance updates). Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
