Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Field Supervisor located in Ranchi. The Security Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring the physical security of designated areas, managing daily operations, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes conducting site inspections, responding to security breaches, training staff, and maintaining communication with clients and team members. Requirements: Own a bike + valid license. Age: 24 to 40 years. Min. 1-year experience as a Security Field Supervisor. 12th Pass. Must live in Ranchi. Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 PF + ESIC included! Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience Knowledge of Physical Security and Security protocols Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Previous experience in security services is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security certifications are a plus
