Security Field Officer

You will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance, and managing on-ground security teams at EGS Security and Facility Management Services Private Limited. Your role as a Security Field Officer will require strong leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and effective management of recruitment, deployment, and team coordination. Recruit and deploy suitable security personnel according to client specifications. Supervise and coordinate security teams across various client sites. Conduct regular site visits to guarantee adherence to security protocols. Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive client relationships. Monitor guard performance, attendance, and enforce discipline when necessary. Assist in the training and onboarding of security personnel. Handle emergency situations efficiently and report incidents as required. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Provide daily operational updates to the management team. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in recruiting and deploying security personnel. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be capable of effectively managing teams and coordinating their activities. Basic knowledge of security laws and procedures is required. Willingness to travel within Tirunelveli, Out Stations, and nearby locations is a must. Educational qualification of at least 10th/12th Pass is necessary, with higher qualifications being preferred. Ex-servicemen or candidates with a background in security services will be given preference.
