Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day security operations across assigned sites. Ensure deployment, discipline, and attendance of security personnel. Conduct regular site inspections, surprise checks, and audits. Train and guide guards on security protocols, emergency handling, and client requirements. Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and ensure service quality. Prepare duty rosters, maintain records, and report incidents promptly. Handle grievance redressal of guards and maintain team motivation. Support recruitment and onboarding of security staff. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the security industry. Ex-Army / Paramilitary / Police background preferred (but not mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel between client sites. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
