Security Coordinator

The company is looking for a skilled SOC Shift Lead to manage the Security Command & Control Centre operations in Mumbai. As a SOC Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Command Centre. Your role will involve ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information in accordance with quality standards and company procedures. Responsibilities include supervising and operating the Security Command Centre, with a focus on CCTV surveillance, access management, and tools like Lenel. You will support Incident Management by addressing major incidents as per the Major Incident Management process and providing assistance with lesser incidents. Monitoring the external environment, generating periodic security reports, analyses, and advisories, as well as communicating effectively in emergencies, are crucial aspects of this role. You should possess the ability to analyze situations quickly and initiate or escalate responses as required. Additionally, staying updated with industry practices and participating in role-plays and exercises for emergency preparedness are expected. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Security. Experience with Veracity software, Ccure, Lenel, or similar tools is necessary. Proficiency in producing high-quality written reports and security briefs is a key requirement. The ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI would be considered a plus.,
