Job Description

Role Summary

Security Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain
ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
for enterprise security monitoring.
Configure and optimize ingestion pipelines, index management, and dashboards for security use cases.
Integrate ELK with SIEM workflows and other security tools for comprehensive threat visibility.
Develop custom queries, alerts, and visualizations to support threat detection and incident response.
Collaborate with SOC, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to enhance detection capabilities.
Ensure ELK platform scalability, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Prepare documentation and provide training to internal teams on ELK usage and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong focus on
ELK stack administration
.
Hands-on experience in Elasticsearch cluster management, Logstash pipelines, and Kibana dashboards.
Knowledge of Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash), and security log analysis.
Familiarity with SIEM concepts, threat detection techniques, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
