15 years full time educationSummary A seasoned professional with deep expertise in developing and executing comprehensive Business Continuity and Resilience strategies for complex enterprise environments. Proven track record in the planning, design, implementation, and testing of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Emergency Management frameworks. Skilled in conducting enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyses and defining end-to-end continuity policies, frameworks, and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on Business Continuity Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Continuity Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with BCM automation tools (e.g. AutoBCM, ServiceNow, MetricStream etc.). - Define and Implement the end to end resilience and continuity policies, frameworks, processes. - - Extensive experience in leading operational, technical, and cyber resilience initiatives to proactively address client threats and ensure timely business recovery. - Develop solutions and strategies to deliver the resilience services and projects for client organizations. - Automate and innovate the services to improve the efficiency of Business continuity function - Expertise in development of Business Continuity and resilience strategies for complex business units. Certifications like ISO22301, CBCP are preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
