Key Responsibilities:

• User Access Management:

• Collaborate with users to understand data access requirements and recommend security improvements.
• Manage user account creation, termination, and access modifications, promoting the

  Principle of Least Privilege (POLP)

  .
• Support

  Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  processes, coordinating with departments like

  HR and Finance

  to align timing and procedures.

• Security Monitoring & Incident Response:

• Proactively monitor security systems to ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Actively participate in

  security incident coordination and remediation

  , ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Conduct regular

  security audits

  , documenting findings and implementing remediations as needed.

• Training & Security Awareness:

• Train users on security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Share industry best practices and new security insights with team members to strengthen the organization's security posture.

• Documentation & Process Improvement:

• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of security procedures and protocols.
• Recommend and help implement

  process improvements

  to reduce security risks, subject to IT management approval.
• Collaborate with the

  Security team and IT personnel

  for knowledge sharing and cross-functional success.

• System & Data Protection:

• Assist in developing and executing plans to protect computer files against accidental or unauthorized modifications.
• Perform ongoing

  security evaluations

  and contribute to the integration or automation of security tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Information Systems, MIS

  , or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in an IT or security-related role within a collaborative environment.
• Experience with

  Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

  , and

  Active Directory (AD/Azure AD)

  .
• Familiarity with

  basic networking concepts

  and

  security management tools

  .

• Skills:

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills
