Securities & Derivatives Sr Supervisor

The Securities & Derivatives Sr Supervisor position is an intermediate management role where you will lead and provide direction to a team of employees who process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices. You will work closely with the Operations - Transaction Services team to ensure the smooth delivery of securities and derivatives transactions. Your responsibilities will include resolving settlement issues, interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes, analyzing data for process improvement recommendations, preparing reports, identifying policy gaps, assisting with projects, providing training to new team members, and monitoring and providing solutions to minimize risks to the bank. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, previous people management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
