Securities & Derivatives Rep

As a Securities & Derivatives Rep 5, your role involves processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices, in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Your primary responsibility is to assist in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and implement process improvements for the settlement process using data analysis tools and methodologies - Complete operational tasks related to administering procedures, conducting analyses, and preparing reports - Analyze data to make recommendations for new products, services, or platform upgrades - Minimize risk by monitoring errors, suggesting solutions to reduce errors, and ensuring compliance with audit and control policies - Identify policy gaps and propose efforts to streamline settlement processes - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate processes and data to ensure accuracy and quality Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Fundamental knowledge of securities/derivatives activities, policies, procedures, and concepts - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - High School diploma or equivalent This job description provides a detailed overview of the responsibilities expected from a Securities & Derivatives Rep 5.
