Business Vertical BUILDING & FACTORIES Role Section Incharge - MEP Department Project State Name Maharashtra City Name Girgaon Experience Required

Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP execution on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management tools Qualification Required

Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Job Description

1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all MEP-related site activities.
2. Liaise with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues. 3. Coordinate between MEP and civil teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow. 4. Supervise the execution of MEP systems such as HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and low-voltage systems. 5. Monitor work progress and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and standards. 6. Verify materials and equipment are compliant with project requirements. 7. Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed. 8. Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals. 9. Ensure all MEP works comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
