Lead the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment in the CVRM section.
Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of mechanical issues affecting production.
Monitor performance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and drive improvements.
Coordinate with Projects, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Utilities teams for smooth plant operations.
Manage shutdowns and turnarounds planning, spares, manpower, safety protocols.
Implement best practices in mechanical maintenance, including TPM, RCM, and 5S.
Develop and train a skilled team of technicians and engineers.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, job history, spares consumption, and performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
