Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutes and accounting standards, including timely adherence to all statutory requirements and guidelines such as CFD compliance and Corporate governance. You will also be in charge of overseeing the compliance of SOPs and Delegation Manual to maintain operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular scrutiny of the General Ledger to ensure accuracy in financial records. - Monitor and prepare various types of reports as needed, facilitating both internal and external audits. - Coordinate the valuation and insurance coverage of the Plant, as well as ensure timely settlement of all insurance claims. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of statutory requirements and accounting standards. - Proven experience in conducting audits and preparing reports. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate insurance and risk analysis.
