Secretary to Managing Director

As a Secretary to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative and executive support. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in official correspondence, and willingness to travel when necessary will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders - Manage the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently - Draft, review, and handle official correspondence and communications with precision - Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items - Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the MD to ensure smooth operations - Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all dealings - Provide administrative support and efficiently handle routine tasks Key Requirements: - 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar secretarial role - Proficiency in English and Malayalam with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to travel as per job requirements - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Proficient in official correspondence and reporting - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech tools It is preferred that male candidates apply for this role due to travel and extended hour requirements.
