Secretary to Managing Director

Role Overview: You will be joining Vstep Elite, an Audit firm and Finance Academy, as a Secretary to Managing Director in Kochi. Your role will involve providing excellent secretarial support and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your good communication skills in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate excellent secretarial skills by managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings efficiently. - Utilize your multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks effectively. - Graduation degree in accounting is preferred to support in financial-related tasks. - Utilize your knowledge in accounting to assist in financial documentation and reporting. - Display advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel, to create reports and documents effectively. - Immediate availability to join the team and contribute effectively from the beginning. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skill in English is a must. - Excellent secretarial skill and multitasking abilities. - Graduate degree in accounting is preferred. - Knowledge in accounting is required. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel, is essential. - Experience as a coordinator/Secretary is preferred. Additional Details: The salary range for this position is INR 1.5 to 3 lacs per year. The job type is full-time and requires fluency in English. The work location is in person at Kochi.
