Now Hiring: secretary to Managing Director Location: Kochi (Preferred) / Bangalore / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Executive Office Reporting To: Managing Director About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Secretary to support our Managing Director in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position involves frequent travel across India and abroad , and candidates should be open to relocation to Bangalore if required. Key Responsibilities ·Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director. ·Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel plans, and appointments. ·Prepare and manage official correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. ·Serve as the liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. ·Ensure discretion while handling sensitive business information. ·Organize business trips, events, and executive meetings. ·Track project deadlines, action items, and follow-ups. ·Maintain accurate records and filing systems. ·Draft communications, meeting minutes, and departmental updates. ·Perform additional executive and operational support tasks as assigned.
