Secretary to Director – Strategy & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support:
• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Prepare agenda, minutes, reports, and action follow-ups for strategic and marketing reviews.
• Communication Management:
• Screen and manage correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
• Draft professional communication, reports, memos, and presentations.
• Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist in tracking strategic projects and marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare market research summaries, competitor analysis, and performance reports.
• Support the Director in collecting, organizing, and presenting business intelligence.
• Marketing & Strategy Support:
• Assist in preparing strategic decks, brand positioning material, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Sales & other departments
• Maintain files and documentation related to KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
• Confidentiality & Efficiency:
• Handle sensitive business information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Improve office systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
