Role & responsibilities

The role holder provides a high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Preferred candidate profile

Assist office in managing administrative tasks.

Compile, proofread, prepare drafts and write correspondence.

File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.

Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.

Manage email, phone calls, e-mails and prepare responses to correspondence containing routine enquiries.

Manage calendar invites, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with clients, guests & other important stakeholders.

Coordinates, plans, and organizes small-to large-scale meetings

Prepare agendas and make/coordinate arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

Compile, transcribe & distribute minutes of meetings.

Keep a track of important tasks and deadlines.

Organize and coordinate international/domestic travel and related requirements
