Job Title: Secretary Cum Data Entry Specialist

Location: Noida, India

Role Description: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary cum Data Entry Executive to support our Founder and core team in both administrative and data-driven tasks. This hybrid role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and high accuracy in data management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Secretarial Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer and route phone calls; draft, proofread, and dispatch professional correspondence (emails, letters).
  • Greet visitors, handle front-desk inquiries, and maintain office decorum.
  • Accurately enter project details, client information, and inventory updates
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, drawings, and invoices.
  • Generate routine reports (lead status, project progress, expense logs) for management review.
  • Assist in arranging travel, accommodations, and logistics for client/site visits.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Qualifications

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent administrative experience.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a secretarial, administrative, or data-entry role—preferably in manufacturing, interior design, or real-estate sectors.
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and strong basic computer skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
