Name of the Organization: Swarnabhoomi Academic Institutions Name of the position: Secretary for Director Gender: Female only Exp.: 5+ Years Age: 35 ~ 40 Years Salary: Rs. 35 ~ 40K Residing: Nearby Location – Max 10 Km Work Location: SAI Head Office, Thiruvanmiyur, Opp. to RTO office Roles & Responsibilities: · Assist in managing executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings · Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed · Maintain filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval and organization · Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives · Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately · Support project management efforts and follow up on action items · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
