Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all secretarial compliances for clients under the

  Companies Act, 2013

• Review and file ROC forms:

  MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, INC-22

  , and others
• Draft and vet notices, resolutions, agendas, and minutes of Board & General Meetings
• Handle company incorporations, director/KMP changes, and capital structure modifications
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely annual compliances
• Independently conduct

  secretarial audits

  and prepare internal

  due diligence reports

• Liaise with

  MCA, RBI

  , and other regulatory authorities
• Supervise and guide junior CS trainees
• Work on

  trademark & IPR filings

  and provide client advisory support when needed

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified

  Company Secretary

  with

  2+ years post-qualification experience

  in a PCS firm
• Proficient in ROC filings, secretarial procedures, and client handling
• Exposure to Trademark/IPR filings is an added advantage
• Excellent drafting, communication & leadership skills
• Should be willing to

  work full-time from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

• Immediate joiners or those willing to relocate are

  strongly preferred
