Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Database Management

Conduct secondary research using various online resources, industry reports, and market intelligence tools.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects.
Utilize proprietary databases to source, validate, and enrich contact information.

Primary Research & Surveys

Design and execute primary research studies, including surveys, polls, and questionnaires.
Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
Engage directly with potential leads via calls, emails, or online interactions to validate data and gather information.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare detailed reports and summaries of research findings for management and sales teams.
Present insights clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align research with business goals.

Skills We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey insights effectively.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience in quantitative research, surveys, or data analysis.
Familiarity with databases, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
