Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Collecting, summarizing, and synthesizing business information related to the Private Equity and Venture Capital domain. - Profiling funds, writing management profiles, creating and updating portfolios, and other related tasks. - Tracking and analyzing various PE/VC-backed transactions, including Mergers, Acquisitions, Leverage Buyouts, Management buyouts, and early and late-stage funding rounds. Qualifications accepted: - BBA (Marketing/Finance), MBA (Finance), B.Com, M.Com - B.Sc/M.Sc/BA/MA in Economics - Candidates currently pursuing an MBA are also eligible. - Recent graduates and postgraduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches with a gap of no more than one year are welcomed. - Candidates currently pursuing professional courses or preparing for competitive exams such as CA, CFA, FRM, CAT, MAT, etc. will not be considered. The company offers a hybrid work mode with 3 days working from home and 2 days working from the office. The job is full-time and permanent with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
