You will play a key role in structuring funding rounds across different stages such as Preseed, Seed, Series A, etc., involving equity, debt, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will assist the management team in investor negotiations and due diligence processes. Your role will also involve Investor Communication & Reporting tasks where you will be required to prepare and deliver investment pitch decks, business plans, and financial reports to potential investors. You will be responsible for managing regular investor updates, financial disclosures, and compliance requirements. Moreover, addressing investor inquiries and providing data-backed insights on company performance will be crucial aspects of your job. Financial Analysis & Market Research will be an integral part of your responsibilities. This will involve conducting industry and competitor analysis to support fundraising strategies. Working closely with the management team, you will be involved in building financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports. Tracking key performance metrics and ensuring transparency in financial reporting will be essential for decision-making processes. Stakeholder Management will also be a key aspect of your role where you will be expected to coordinate investor meetings and networking events. You will need to maintain strong relationships with existing investors and financial institutions. Collaboration with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.,
