Job Description

As a part of gTech Ads, you will be responsible for providing support and technical services to customers utilizing Google's Ad products. Your role will involve assisting customers in optimizing their use of Ad and Publisher products, guiding them through account setup, implementing ad campaigns, and offering media solutions for their business and marketing needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing complex technical and measurement solutions, along with consultative support for larger clients. Your ability to develop bespoke solutions tailored to individual customers, as well as scalable support for a global customer base, will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing their return on investment with Google. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a trusted advisor to Google Ads clients, leveraging digital marketing and tech solutions to address tests, optimize media plans, and deliver measurable results. - Build strong relationships with advertisers to drive outcomes through Google Ads, supporting all stages of the business life-cycle from planning to fostering adoption and growth. - Collaborate with vendors and Sales teams to promote client growth, utilizing market insights to deliver customized solutions. - Act as the customers" search product expert, offering consultative digital marketing solutions that address challenges and enhance their digital maturity in search. - Advocate for new product features, supporting customer adoption through setup, upgrades, and migrations to optimize performance with Google Ads. Provide technical guidance and ensure seamless infrastructure and data integration. Measure, analyze, and communicate the value of Google Ads solutions compared to industry benchmarks. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, including implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions. - Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, collaborating with partners across various levels. - Proficiency in marketing measurement, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution analysis.
