Search Engine Optimization Intern

• Keyword Research:

  Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvement.

• On-Page SEO:

  Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.

• Off-Page SEO:

  Help with link-building strategies, including directory submissions, guest blogging, and outreach efforts.

• Competitor Analysis:

  Analyze competitor websites to identify SEO trends and areas for improvement.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Content Collaboration:

  Work closely with the content team to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with targeted keywords.

• Technical SEO:

  Assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as broken links, page speed optimization, and mobile usability.

• Reporting:

  Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress (a plus).
• Ability to conduct thorough research and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing or SEO is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
