Search Engine Marketing - SEM

Role Overview: You will be a Senior SEM Paid Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Your main responsibility will be to create, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute strategic Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. - Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to shape campaign strategy. - Develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to improve engagement and conversions. - Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rates. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM & Paid Marketing on Google and Facebook Ads. - Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. - Strong grasp of keyword strategy, ad optimization, bidding strategies, analytics, and campaign scaling. - Proficient in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other performance measurement tools. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
