Job Description

As a Senior SEM Paid Marketing Strategist, your role will involve planning, developing, and executing strategic Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to shape campaign strategy. You will create high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to enhance engagement and conversions. Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rates will be crucial. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business goals is essential. Additionally, you will need to continuously track industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to recommend growth opportunities and performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute strategic Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. - Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. - Create high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets. - Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment. - Continuously track industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM & Paid Marketing across Google and Facebook Ads. - Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of keyword strategy, ad optimization, bidding strategies, analytics, and campaign scaling. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Excel, and other performance measurement tools. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. In addition to the above qualifications, having Google Ads Certification and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification would be considered an added advantage. Your skills in SEM, strategy, analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, and campaign management will play a vital role in this position.,
