Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include auditing the overall Search experience onsite for

relevancy and assess performance of Search.

• Work with partner teams to improve consumer engagement in terms of Search

keywords.

• Work backwards on Customer feedback (Shoppers overall shopping experience onsite).

• Align with partners and teams to improve Search experience based on specific

campaigns/promotions.

• Work on internal tools and standard tools such as Adobe for report generation.

• Share analysis at business level to identify and tackle areas of opportunities,

recommend and work on solutions to enhance Search experience.

• Contribute towards creating and improving Search guidelines and SOPs.

• Timely follow up with Partners and stakeholders to align, propose and resolve any

concerns.

Key Skills:

• Must have worked in Retail Cataloging and product relevancy, internal site optimization

and not necessarily SEO.

• The candidate should be efficient with Excel, Adobe.

• Retail e-commerce with global org experience would be a plus.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate

effectively with teams globally.

• Proactive, with keen eye to detail and quick to analyze or logically review any situation

(Dive deep where required).

• Should be a fast learner, self-motivated, energetic, dependable, and hardworking. Ability

to stretch and work accordingly.

• Good in coordination and planning. Should be able to deliver under pressure and meet

the deadlines.

• Should be a team player with a positive attitude towards building cross-functional

partnerships in the best interest of the business.
