SDR Manager - Outbound and Inbound Sales

You will be responsible for leading and managing our outbound and inbound sales teams in the SaaS industry as an experienced SDR Manager. Your role will involve driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies. A strong background in sales management is required, along with a passion for developing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and optimizing sales processes using lead generation and CRM software. Your key responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of SDRs, designing and implementing outbound and inbound sales strategies, analyzing sales data to drive team performance, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, utilizing CRM software for sales pipeline management, conducting team meetings, and negotiating deals with potential clients. The ideal candidate for this role should have a B.E. or B.Tech degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, a proven track record in lead generation and sales strategy development, strong team management and leadership skills, proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and its sales dynamics.,
