We are looking for a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager – EUC to lead End User Support, Service Desk, Field Services & Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multi-site operations, vendor management, and delivering outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
20+ years in End User Support / EUC service deliveryHands-on Service Desk, Field Services & Asset Management experienceStrong leadership & customer engagement skillsITIL certification (Prince2 / PMP preferred)Vendor management & resource planning expertise
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service delivery operations across sitesDefine & track KPIs, drive performance improvementsEnsure best practices, methodologies & complianceManage teams: recruitment, training, mentoringDrive customer engagement & service review meeting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
