Job Description

As a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager EUC, you will be responsible for leading End User Support, Service Desk, Field Services, and Asset Management operations. Your expertise in managing multi-site operations, vendor management, and delivering exceptional customer experience will be crucial for this role. With over 20 years of experience in End User Support / EUC service delivery, you will have hands-on experience in Service Desk, Field Services, and Asset Management. Your strong leadership and customer engagement skills will enable you to effectively manage teams and drive customer satisfaction. In this role, having an ITIL certification (Prince2 / PMP preferred) and expertise in vendor management and resource planning will be beneficial. You will be overseeing service delivery operations across sites, defining and tracking KPIs, driving performance improvements, ensuring best practices, methodologies, and compliance, and managing teams through recruitment, training, and mentoring. Your role will also involve driving customer engagement and conducting service review meetings to ensure the highest level of service delivery. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
