What You Will Be Doing In the role of Sr. SDET Engineer, you will be validating a highly-scalable and extensible SaaS enabled Platform, working with internal customers on adoption, as well as identifying and resolving problems throughout the project life cycle. A proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams like Product Management & other teams by understanding the priorities. What You Bring Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in manual testing. Sound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies. Should have in depth understanding of software testing inclusive of Functional Testing, Compatibility Testing, Usability Testing, GUI performance testing, Creative Testing and Accessibility Testing. Ability to analyze business functions and identify test scenarios (positive, negative, regression, upgrade, UAT testing) and derive test cases. Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging and risk identification. Should have good experience in API and Integration testing. Ability to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries from testing perspective. Basic knowledge in JAVA programming. Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies. Working knowledge with issue trackers and project management tools like JIRA IGA/IDM knowledge is an added advantage. Quick learner and having ability to meet tight deadlines and be productive with new technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills and a team player spirit.
