Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-20 years of experience to fill the role of SDET - Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of software developers and testers to deliver high-quality products.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Analyze and report defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience with automated testing tools and technologies is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
