Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our innovative team. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge recruitment technology, which leverages Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement automated testing solutions that enhance our AI-driven recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for our AI-driven recruitment platform.
Collaborate with software developers to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
