Role

Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter for factory operations teams.Lead a small team of mobile/web developers, ensuring modular, scalable, and maintainable code.Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets) for live process monitoring and control.Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for frequent, zero-downtime releases.Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical best practices.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, performant user experiences.Prototype and iterate on MVPs based on customer feedback; phase out or evolve features accordingly.
