The Role

We’re hiring a Software Development Engineer II (Frontend) to design and build the core user experiences of our AI Agent platform.

You’ll craft fast, intuitive, and scalable web applications that make complex AI-driven workflows simple for users. As part of a high-velocity team, you’ll collaborate with design, product, backend, and AI engineers to deliver features that our customers rely on every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship production-grade frontend applications with React & TypeScript

• Work with designers to deliver intuitive and elegant user interfaces

• Translate complex backend and AI outputs into clear, actionable workflows

• Optimize frontend performance for large-scale datasets and real-time interactions

• Maintain high-quality code via reviews, testing, and best practices

• Collaborate across product, backend, and AI teams to deliver full features

• Take ownership of frontend modules and mentor junior engineers

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• 3–5 years of frontend engineering experience in SaaS or data-heavy products

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)

• Familiar with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and modern performance metrics

• Expert-level performance optimization skills including:

  • Advanced code splitting strategies (dynamic imports, route-based chunking)

  • Bundle optimization using Webpack, Vite, and analysis tools

  • React rendering optimization (memoization, avoiding unnecessary re-renders)

  • Critical rendering path optimization and resource prioritization

• Experience with profiling and debugging performance issues using browser developer tools

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI-powered applications or analytics-heavy UIs

• Exposure to design systems and UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind)

• Experience with frontend testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

• Understanding of real-time features (WebSockets, WebRTC)

• Startup or high-growth SaaS background
