🧩 What You’ll Do

• Own and lead development of core systems: scoring engine, scheduling, AI workflows, analytics, dashboards.
• Design, architect, and scale backend systems that are reliable, maintainable, and high-performing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, frontend, and product teams to ship features fast.
• Review code, guide mid/junior engineers, and raise the quality bar across the codebase.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, system design, and engineering roadmap.

✅ You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend fundamentals.
• Are deeply comfortable with Rails or Django, or Python backends like FastAPI.
• Have built and scaled real-world APIs, background jobs, queues, and data workflows.
• Write clean, modular code and understand the trade-offs of speed vs scalability.
• Have experience owning production systems — and handling issues when things break.
• Communicate clearly and thrive in high-trust, high-autonomy environments.



⚡ Bonus if you:

• Have experience with LLM/GenAI systems, OpenAI APIs, or prompt engineering.
• Are a former founder or have worked at a high-growth startup.
• Have worked with event-driven systems, video/audio streaming, or async job pipelines.
